SAMPLES
DO I HAVE TO ORDER SAMPLES ONLINE?
We have worked hard trying to make the sample ordering process as easy as possible by offering our sample library online.
We ask that all sample orders are completed on our website unless you have special circumstances.
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES MAY INCLUDE:
• You require multiples of the same sample sets
• You need to exceed your limit of one corner set per year
• Any other situation that our website will not allow you to do
We think you will find the process easier and faster.

WHEN ARE CORNERS GOING TO BE AVAILABLE?
We are making corner sets and specifiers all the time. We produce thousands every year. Thousands of Select sets have been produced already this year. RagMat and Moorman sets are in production now. They take a few months to produce but will be available later this year. Please contact us with which set you are looking for.
HOW TO
ORDER SAMPLES
1) LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT
• To place sample orders, you must LOG IN
• If you do not have an account, REGISTER HERE
NOTE: Complete registration with the address and info where you would like your samples shipped for an easy checkout!
2) NAVIGATE TO THE SAMPLE SECTION
SAMPLES link can be found under the search bar on all pages.
Whatever brand page you are currently in determines the samples you will see. When you are in the Crescent Brands Section, you will see all brand samples.
3) ADD SAMPLES TO YOUR CART
➤ ADDING ITEMS TO CART
- You must be logged in
- When you add an item to your cart, you will automatically be taken into your cart.
➤ HOW TO FIND YOUR CART
- The cart button can only be found on pages containing samples or under resources section under the search bar.
- Click here to view your cart now
➤ NOT SEEING ADD TO CART?
- This likely means you are not logged in.
4) COMPLETE CHECKOUT PROCESS AS USUAL
Once you have all desired items added to your cart, simply complete the checkout as you normally would on a website.
- You do not need to use a credit card
- For certain samples, you are limited to one item per order
- For some sample items you are limited to one order per year

PRODUCT IMAGES
- For primary product image such as a Matboard Swatch or Moulding Corner, you can navigate to the product and find the "DOWNLOAD IMAGE" button in the product description area.
- For photography of complete frames and room scenes, you can find our image library by selecting "IMAGES" in the RESOURCES tab under the search bar.
