Force Refresh:
A force refresh will cause the browser to re-check with the web server to make sure it has the latest copy of the web page you are viewing. Here are keyboard shortcuts for force refreshing your browser:
   – Force Refresh Key Commands:
   – Windows: Ctrl + F5
   – Mac/Apple: Apple + R or Cmd + R
   – Linux: F5

Clear Your Browser Cache:
If you are experiencing problems displaying website pages, try clearing the browser cache to resolve issues. Your web browser stores a copy of the files needed to display the web page to you. Those temporary files are called the browser cache. If your cache is not updating properly, you could be viewing an older version of the web page.    

Clearing Cookies:
If you have trouble with some sections of the website, you should check to make sure you have your cookies enabled. Browser Cookies, are small bits of information sent from a web server to a user’s web browser to save some information.

Upgrade your browser and Flash Player to the latest version available. For optimal viewing and security keep your browser up to date. We recommend that you use the following for optimal performance:

    – Safari

-Upgrade your Operating System to the latest version available.
